As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient code. This role involves mentoring junior developers, ensuring best practices, and contributing to the architecture of complex systems. You will drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Passion for designing, developing, and maintaining customer-centric software using Java Spring Boot and ReactJS.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate intricate requirements into scalable, innovative technical solutions.
- Seek innovation by exploring and implementing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring alignment with industry standards, and provide mentorship fostering a culture of ownership.
- Work on complex technical challenges within software systems, ensuring robustness, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to shaping the technical roadmap and taking ownership of its success.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support the systems that your team owns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience required a minimum of 3-5 years.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, ReactJS and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with backend technologies such as Ruby on Rails.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, architecture, and best practices.
- Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
