Job Description:
The Sales Business Executive drives sales growth and builds strong client relationships. This role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions to achieve sales targets. The Sales Business Executive will also be involved in market research, product presentations, and closing sales deals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers through various sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Present products and services to clients in a professional manner.
- Handle the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on progress and challenges.
- Use CRM software to manage and record all sales activities.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to collective goals.
- Share market feedback and insights with relevant departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience required a minimum of 1-3 years.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles focusing on APIs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
